The Best Multiple Sclerosis Podcasts featuring The MS Stage

I love sharing my story. It’s my hope that by talking openly about my nearly 20-year journey with Multiple Sclerosis that other women, especially those newly diagnosed, will feel empowered to live their best life and connect with their true essence. You can find all my media appearances on my press page

I’ve been featured on some great podcasts talking about my lifestyle choices that keep me nourished and well, and my women’s MS support group, The MS Stage. Check these shows out, you may find a new favorite podcast! I’ve also interviewed some of my students and other people I admire in the multiple sclerosis sphere on my Instagram account.

The Multiple Sclerosis Podcast with Jenn Powell

I was featured on The Multiple Sclerosis Podcast with Jenn Powell from Multiple Sclerosis News Today. We talked about my journey with MS, what inspired me to start my MS online program, The MS Stage, and how believing in and loving MS has helped me lead others to do the same.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Jenn on my IG Live. Jenn and I were promoting the episode of her podcast that she interviewed me on, so I wanted to turn the tables and put her in the hot seat.

I led her through a self-healing meditation technique, and her experience was profound. She gathered a lot of information from her pain that will help her to become friends with it and begin to have compassion and empathy for it.

Jenn said, “Thank you for sharing your wisdom with my soul. It truly was enlightening.”

Empowered, The Podcast with Linda Brand

In this juicy conversation I talk with Linda, the host of Empowered, about how I have been living well with Multiple Sclerosis for over 19 years. After noticing a gap in the support community around MS, I created mindfulness practices through meditation, movement, and sharing stories that helped me on my healing journey and have now been proven to help others shift their mindsets around theirs. I talk about helping women around the world with MS become friends with their symptoms.

I talk about how I took control of my health and my life and did all the things from working out and diet to homeopathy. I walk through how I overcame the negative stigma around a chronic illness and met my husband and how now I’m empowering women to change their mindset and live better with their symptoms.

Living Well with MS from Overcoming MS

On this episode of Living Well with MS, I chat with host Geoff Allix about how I lead women down this path to turn their symptoms into their superpowers. They learn that MS can actually be a gift in their lives and it can send them down a new path of being really present in their lives and being true to themselves.

I talk about how I choose songs for my MS support group, The MS Stage, and teach students to move improvisationally. They let their body speak and move through them. Frustration gets to turn into ease, anger gets to turn into love and resistance turns into acceptance. I also lead a guided meditation at the end of the show!

The Aligned Success Show with Kelly Mosser

On The Aligned Success Show I talk with Kelly Mosser about being a former personal wardrobe stylist and now an empowerment coach and founder of The MS Stage and the MS Stage Method.

I share my journey about listening to my body’s cues, making massive changes in my business, and how I learned to let go and flow to create more alignment and ease. We talk about how to know when your body is asking you for something different in your business.  How to lean into your intuition when something feels “off.” How to stop trying to create results by force. How to creatively pivot your business if you feel like you’re on the wrong path. Why doors open for you once you listen to the cues around you and move with the tides and what happens when you’ve finally embraced what you’re truly being called to do.

Under Current Podcast from Neufit

On the Under Current Podcast I talk with host Garrett Salpeter about using my background in dance and theater to create a practice that has helped me cope with my own MS challenges, using that to build an empowering mindset that has made a huge difference on my own healing journey.

I talk about coaching other people through movement, meditation, and mindfulness practices that have helped them upgrade their beliefs and mindset in ways that have enabled them to take action, make changes, deal with suppressed emotions, and move themselves onto a healing path.

I share my story, lead a sample of the movement and meditation practices that are part of my MS healing group, The MS Stage, and talk about my experience in the first few weeks of using the Neubie!

All the Odds with “A Hot MS”

In this episode of All the Odds with “A Hot MS” I chat with host Brittany Quiroz about the MS healing testimonials and stories of hope that my students in The MS Stage have shared with me.

Brittany is a Multiple Sclerosis advocate, speaker, writer and creator. After her diagnosis of MS in 2019 she made a whiplash career change and found purpose in her diagnosis to raise awareness for the disease while empowering others to embrace the disasters of life.

I really enjoyed talking with her about turning symptoms into superpowers!

Inspired Living with Autoimmunity with Julie Michelson

On this episode of Inspired Living with Autoimmunity, I spoke with host Julie Michelson about experiencing a bad episode five years ago. I lost feeling from the neck down. I had been pushing a detox too far for my body. I had been working too much and too hard as a personal stylist, and I had many more lesions in my central nervous system.

I talk about when I finally began MS healing meditations, which I had previously resisted. I began to dig deep in my emotional work, going for therapy and shifting into acceptance rather than resistance and denial.

I talk about how I took a year off to study Gabby Bernstein's work, and took my spirituality to a new level.

MS Conversations with Candi

On this episode of MS Conversations I talk with host Candice Lewis about The MS Stage Method and how I develop my MS groups online for women who are newly diagnosed with MS.

Candi’s show features real-life stories, insights and encouragement from people currently living with or affected by Multiple Sclerosis.

Thriving over Surviving with Edie Sohigian

On this episode of Thriving over Surviving I talk with host Edie Sohigian about the difference between getting a diagnosis and owning a diagnosis. With Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis, for some, it is easy to ignore it. But when it creeps back in and reminds us that MS is still there, that's when we begin to pay attention.

I talk about owning my own diagnosis and taking action to improve my own life and the lives of others through my MS wellness and mindfulness program, The MS Stage.

Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet with Brittany Wittig

In this episode of Coming out of the Spiritual Closet I talk with host Brittany Wittig about my unique processes for communicating with, and working with symptoms through the healing arts for MS.

Brittany says, “I've never heard anyone speak about health, illness, and symptoms the way Megan does. Her approach is holistic, love-based, and INCREDIBLY empowering.”

“I was actually sick with a parasitic infection when I interviewed Megan for this episode. I used the techniques she shared to communicate with my symptoms, and the information I received from my body gave me direct, clear instructions on how to heal myself!”
